When you don’t give motivated people something to believe in, something better than their job to work toward, they will motivate themselves to find a new job, and you’ll be stuck with whoever’s left, according to Simon Sinek.

As the leader, give your people a purpose they are willing to die for instead of coming to work for 5, 10, 15 years doing the same mundane task every day, without any sense of direction.
