As leaders, we must remember that our people are the heart and soul of our business. Leading is a privilege, and true leadership is all about people and inspiring people to believe that the impossible is possible. When leaders can inspire a group of people to become the very best version of themselves and perform beyond their normal limitations, great things will happen.
It has nothing to do with having power over someone; it's about using your influence to inspire and empower people to make a difference in the lives of the people they are entrusted to serve.
I don’t believe that the path to leadership is filled With only about growing yourself. As you make the journey, it is also about the way you interact with others assisting them in their pathway as well. In this type of journey, you are contributing to not only tour growth but proving your leadership skills as you grow yourself. Being a great leader is also about working with others, supporting their ideas and bringing them along with you.
