We Are A Team

Google’s transformation from a garage project to a tech giant is a testament to the power of teamwork and trust. Larry Page, Sergey Brin, and their early team members showcased exceptional teamwork skills by revolutionizing how everyone searches the web. From starting in a garage in suburban Menlo Park, California, owned by Susan Wojcicki (employee #16 and former CEO of YouTube), to later expanding and moving into “The Googleplex,” today Google makes hundreds of products used by billions of people across the globe. 

One must always remember that a “team” is not just people who work at the same time in the same place. A real team is a group of very different individuals who enjoy working together and who share a commitment to working cohesively to help the organization achieve its common goals and purpose. This spirit of collaboration was evident in Google’s early team members, whose dedication and hard work were instrumental in the company’s success today.   According to Steve Jobs, Great things in business are never done by one person; They are done by a team of people.
