Belittling, treating, manipulating and gossiping about your team has no place in leadership, and this is where companies should invest in the development of their people. Leadership mentoring, coaching and training should be mandatory for everyone, not just the executive team or middle management or the people who are favored, everyone.


When faced with insurmountable challenges, many of us would throw in the towel, point fingers, blame, feel rejected and defeated. This is where leaders rise above the pack, which is why we need to embed leadership throughout the entire organization, allowing your team and your organization to become the very best in the world.
