Leadership arrogance is a dangerous mindset marked by the belief that one's knowledge and expertise surpass those of the individuals actively engaged in performing the work and tasks. It is essential for leaders to recognize and respect the capabilities of their team members. If you, as a leader, are purposefully making it known to everyone that "I know more than everyone here" to the extent that you are making people feel inadequate and incapable of performing their jobs, then you are not fit and have no business leading anyone.
Ask yourself, as a leader, "Am I creating an environment that positively impacts the people around me, leaving them in a better state than they were in before they met me?” If you answer yes, you are on the road to great leadership. But if the answer is no, you must have the humility to take the focus off of yourself and instead work to help your team become the very best version of themselves.
